License records, file integrity checks and a reporting process connect those permissions to the work. Each measure below is marked Available now or Planned, so you know exactly what is in place today.

Identity verification
Every talent completes an electronic identity check (eKYC), and Nuva reviews the result before the profile goes live. Talents must be 20 or older.

Talent consent
Talents set their license types, add-ons, prices and the sensitive scenarios they're open to, and every license needs their approval — request by request, or in advance through Auto-Casting for standard requests within their rules and prices. Each consent and agreement is recorded and versioned, and sensitive requests are reviewed by Nuva first.

Photo & rights checks
Every photo is matched automatically against the verified identity, and checked again whenever photos change. Talents confirm they hold the rights to every photo they upload.

Each delivered asset is linked to a unique delivery record and SHA-256 cryptographic hash, helping verify file integrity and establish a reliable record of the original licensed delivery.

03 · Usage protection
Support when something doesn’t look right.

Unauthorized use reporting
Anyone can report a likeness used without permission. Share the content, where you found it and any license ID. We respond within 48 hours.

Revocation & takedown
If a license is breached, Nuva staff can revoke it. The producer and the talent both get a notice, and the producer has 7 days to take the work down.

Usage monitoring
Review available usage signals against the agreed permissions. Monitoring can’t guarantee that every use is detected.
