Auto-Casting authorization
Updated: 31 October 2026
I turn on Auto-Casting. I authorize Nuva to approve on my behalf, without asking me each time, any new license request that is within my license types, add-ons and prices when it is sent and that names no sensitive scenario. I understand that nobody — neither I nor Nuva — reviews these requests before they are approved; that producers are not identity-checked; and that producers do not choose a genre, so any production within my license types can be approved. Each approval binds me as if I had approved it myself, and I cannot cancel it; Nuva may cancel one in exceptional cases. Nuva tells me about each approval, and I can report a problem with it; a producer who has not paid yet cannot pay while Nuva reviews my report. A license approved this way is issued under Nuva's Prohibited Use Policy shown to me now; if Nuva publishes a new version of it or of this authorization, Auto-Casting pauses until I turn it on again. A request that names a sensitive scenario always needs my explicit approval, and some other requests still come to me for review, such as a request the producer revised; requests already waiting for me when I turn Auto-Casting on stay with me. I can turn Auto-Casting off at any time, and Nuva may turn it off for me or pause it for everyone; withdrawing my face-data consent or closing my account also turns it off. Turning it off does not affect licenses already approved, paid or not.
